We start from Le Grazie, which is located west of Colle val d'Elsa, we take the road for Casole and after few meters turn left heading towards St. Andrew (romantic old church on the Via Francigena), we return to the main road and continue to the junction with state 541 where you turn right towards Gracciano. After crossing the bridge over the river Elsa, come to San Mariziale, where we can see the Steccaia and the Royal Callone that feed mills and paper mills in Colle. From here we reach Gracciano then turn right towards Oz, where there is an impor mill. Continuing, we arrive at Caldane where there are the ancient Roman baths. Shortly after we arrive at the junction of the Santa Giulia bridge and turn right, proceed along the road that comes after 5 km to the village of Fear and Colalto. Continuing down this road, after about 1 km turn right to a dirt road that leads to drinking Canonica, back on the road and continue towards the bridge of Santa Giulia. Just before the bridge turn left Mensanello where we visit the Church of Santa Maria. The road continues from here coming to Lano and continue until the junction for Casole d'Elsa, where we turn right towards Quaraia, and then come back to Colle.
